THYRANOIXIA JUNE 2009 UPDATE

His Eminence Metropolitan Isaiah of Denver will be celebrating the Thyranoixia (Opening of the Doors) of our permanent sanctuary dedicated to St. Basil the Great during the weekend of June 20-21.  The schedule of events is listed below..

Saturday June 20
5:00 p.m. Great Vespers and Artoclasia (George J. Kostas Building)

Sunday June 21
8:15 a.m. Orthros (George J. Kostas Building)
9:30 a.m. Procession to the Platea for Thyranoixia
10:00 a.m. Hierarchical Divine Liturgy (new sanctuary)
12:00 p.m. Brunch buffet (George J. Kostas Building and Platea)

By God's grace and through the dedication of our parishioners over many years, we have realized the building of our vision.  Please join us for this landmark event in the history of our parish.
